If you are detail-oriented and have experience and interest in legal proceedings as they relate to the allocation of responsibility for the cleanup of the Portland Harbor, please apply!

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop sound, persuasive, and logical technical arguments supported by facts and data.
  • Ability to communicate and defend your technical opinions combined with an open-mindedness to accept feedback to bolster their credibility.
  • Ability to work both independently with little guidance and within a collaborative group environment.
  • Able to formulate and clearly communicate ideas, verbally and in writing.
  • Dedication to client deadlines and willingness to work to meet deadlines as necessary.
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail.

  • Valid driver's license/acceptable driving record.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
